What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most orders are processed and shipped from our San Francisco warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. During limited edition drops or sales events, processing times may extend slightly due to high volume.
What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-run items and final sale products may not be eligible for return.
Do you ship your gear internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and UPS. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their local government.
How do I care for my Merino wool and technical shells?
To preserve the lifespan of your gear, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with specialized detergents like Nikwax for shells or wool-safe soaps for Merino. Always hang dry unless otherwise specified on the care label.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Triple Aught Design products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care can often be serviced through our repair program.
