Triple Aught Design stands behind the quality of our gear and offers a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. We aim to ensure your equipment meets the rigorous standards required for your next mission or adventure.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Authorization

  Log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your RMA form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship to Base

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
